Last night’s EastEnders was the most-watched programme of the day, attracting 9.29m (40.5%) at 7.30pm.
The episode, which was dedicated to late Walford actress Wendy Richard, saw Masood make a shocking revelation to his wife Zainab about their estranged son. The BBC Three repeat added a further 672k (3.6%).
